Refined Sites pulls your choice of content from connected instances into a site builder. Add spaces and service desks, and choose how and where they are displayed for users.
Design custom home and landing pages on your site. Add activity streams, page trees, search bars, and more; apply your brand colors; and add images. Or, save time and choose from one of 30+ built-in templates.
Users access your site from a URL of your choosing, just as they would access any other website. They can consume Confluence content, raise requests, like and give feedback, and, with the right Atlassian permissions, hop in and out of pages to make edits.
Don’t let your first site be your last. You can build any number of sites from a single instance.
Sites can be public, private, or configured for support (logged-in JSM users).

Refined gives you the power to turn Confluence and Jira Service Management into custom, user-friendly sites. Refined sites have a more intuitive look and feel than native Confluence and Jira Service Management. They are also fully customizable. Tailor the user experience with layouts and modules, permissions, fonts, themes, custom domains, and more.
Simply add spaces and projects from your Confluence and Jira Service Management instance, as well as outside links and Refined pages. Drag and drop these items into a hierarchy and organize them with menu folders. The structure you establish automatically maps to your site’s top navigation menu. Then add a theme, build your layouts, set permissions, and voilà.
Not at all! All Refined apps have built-in theme templates to help you get started. Simply tweak one of these to your liking, or create a theme from scratch using our Theme Editor.
