When a Confluence page on your Refined site contains a link to a JSM request type, the request type popup opens directly on-page when clicked. This makes it easy for users to create a request from self-help docs without switching contexts.

While it’s possible to build a beautiful and user-friendly site without any custom code, it is possible to use CSS, HTML, or JavaScript. Note however that we don’t offer support for issues caused by custom code.
